- The Awards Secretariat must receive the original copies of the nomination package, which includes the duly completed nomination form, supporting documents, and PH Embassy or Consulate General endorsement form not later than the set deadline. The Philippine diplomatic posts may set an earlier deadline for those nominees under their jurisdiction to give enough time for review, endorsement and transmittal of the nomination.
- Incomplete nomination package submitted to the Awards Secretariat will not be considered as initial submission and may be a cause for disqualification of the nominee.
- Nominations received beyond the deadline will be disqualified.
